Luncheon Conference
Challenges of the Japanese economy and its business opportunities

With Mr. Gorota Kume

Context:
After a brilliant career at the Export-Import Bank of Japan, M. Kume worked more than 7 years at developing and financing projects for Marubeni Corporation before joining JGC Corporation in 2004. He is a management and financing expert, and has led many studies on international finance, investment and world economy. Since April 2008, he is President of the Paris Club. Created in 1933, the Paris Club is an association that fosters economic and friendly relations between Japanese business people and members of the French Industry Board of Trade in Japan. On a conference tour across Quebec universities, M. Kume has accepted the Quebec-Japan Business Forum invitation to discuss macro-economic aspects of the Japanese economy and Japanese companies’ strategy to grow and to prosper.

The conference will be in French with some words in Japanese.
